My Google homepage

I have successfully defended my Doctor of Science dissertation on July 20, 2006!

I have joined the Department of Computer Science, City  University of Hong Kong as an assistant professor. Visit my new homepage here.

 Research Interests

My main research areas are wireless sensor networks and networked embedded systems. I also have research interests in  pervasive computing and wireless mesh networks. In particular, I have been working on following projects.

Minimum Power Configuration in Multi-hop Wireless (Sensor) Networks

Real-Time Query Services for Mobile Users

Coordinated Power Management under Sensing and Communication Constraints in Sensor Networks

Real-Time Middleware for Networked Embedded Systems

My current work focuses on system approaches to power management in sensor systems and networks. We are developing practical architecture and protocols for supporting flexible power management in networked sensor systems..
