Here are a few important points in preparing postscript for electronic submissions:
1) Be sure that the postscript you send is printable.
2) If you commonly use A4 paper rather than 8.5" x 11", make sure that your paper prints out properly on 8.5" x 11" paper. If you are using "dvips" to create your postscript file, you should use the "-t letter" option to tell dvips to format the paper for printing on "letter" size (8.5" x 11") paper.
3) Be sure that your paper prints out in forward rather than reverse order.
4) Please use a resolution of 300dpi or greater. If your default does not satisfy this please try using the "-D300" option to tell dvips to use 300dpi fonts (if this option causes error or warning messages, do not use it as the outcome is likely to be of very poor quality).
If you encounter problems with any of the above, let us know as soon
as possible -- we may be able to accept your paper in a different format.
