If you do not use the Latex style file that we have provided, be sure to adhere to the formating instructions below.

Prepare your manuscript for printing on 8.5" x 11" paper. If submitting hard-copy, use a high-resolution output device (at least 300dpi), and print SINGLE-SIDED on 8.5" x 11" paper.
