This page contains the detailed instructions for formatting and submitting
the final version of your COLT'2000 paper.
Please read the following information first:

MORGAN KAUFMANN COPYRIGHT FORM -- Be sure to sign and return the
Morgan Kaufmann copyright form included below. Morgan Kaufmann will not
publish your paper without this form. We must receive this form by WEDNESDAY,
MAY 17th. Please send the form via airmail or express mail to

DEADLINE -- Your paper must be RECEIVED by WEDNESDAY, MAY 17th.
Because we face absolute deadlines imposed by the printing company, it
is crucial that you send your paper in on time.

ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS -- We encourage you to submit your paper
electronically in postscript. See the instructions below for information
about how to submit postscript, and about the precautions we are taking
to ensure correct and high quality printing.

LATEX STYLE FILES For the sake of uniformity of the proceedings,
we encourage you to use the Latex style file which we have provided. If
you do not wish to use this style file, be sure to adhere to the formatting
requirements provided. Please DO NOT use font size smaller than 10pt.

PAGE LIMIT -- Your paper should be at most 12 pages long.

ELECTRONIC ABSTRACTS -- We plan to post the abstracts of all papers
on a web page prior to the conference. Please email us your abstract WEDNESDAY,
MAY 17th, following the formatting instructions below.
