Synopsis of Microsoft Research

Microsoft has sponsored our research on porting ACE to Windows CE, integrating high-performance Win32-specific asynchronous I/O features into JAWS, and evaluating DCOM and CORBA interworking for real-time middleware in the DARPA Quorum program. Our future work will focus on DCOM benchmarking.
