Looking at the numbered issues at the end of the document
at

you should describe a lifecycle plan for Project I code (the multi-group
effort, or the single-group effort), or Project B, C, or D.  
Also fill out a checklist based on the list at

http://mydocs.epri.com/docs/SDRWeb/processguide/grcrit.html .

Aim for 6-10pp.

Due April 25.

Open to any group, $5-10k.
