	accessed using Javascript?  Which one is accessed using
	CSS?  Which one is used in a BODY tag?

7.  What is the difference between z-index:1 and z-index:0?

8.  What are the delimiters in HTML?  In CSS?  In CGI?

9.  Name three styles of user input associated with a FORM, besides
	button and textarea.

10.  What string is prepended to an absolute URL that is not
	present in a relative URL?


ADDITIONAL OBJECTIVES:

1.  How much Javascript should be on a good page?

2.  How many images of 500kb would you feel comfortable putting on a page?

3.  Give a rule for distinguishing a logo from a square picture with text
	on it.

4.  Give a rule for how much text should be set in an image before it
	should be re-set in HTML.

5.  Name the percentage of effort a web designer spends in an image 
	manipulation program.

6.  Quantify (1-10) the degree to which a site is made professional and
	perfected by adding advanced HTML to a page.  How about
	advanced CSS?  How about advanced Javascript?

7.  You have a design group:  an artist, a programmer, and a marketing
	consultant.  You may add one more programmer, one more artist,
	or one more marketing consultant.  Whom do you choose?

8.  Which is the more costly (labor-intensive and visually disruptive)
	redesign:  adding a button, adding borders, adding a navigation frame?

9.  How often do you see sites that 100% of the people like?  How
	often do you see sites that 100% of the people dislike?

10.  The pet peeves of users have mostly to do with useability or
	visual aesthetics?
