popup windows that disappear or are hard to click
status line scrolling marquees
extra round-trip to server to revise the menus
cookie privacy and fairness
forms that don't submit on ENTER
horizontal scrolling, or scrolling in general unnecessarily
forms not using hot key
people usurping tab or reordering it
usurpers of right-click
search fields that are pre-filled
slow auto-complete
page expired for back button or fields erase
poor nav design of the page wrt scrolling
ambig defaults esp wrt typing in fields
