OSU National ATM Performance Testing Laboratory

OSU National ATM Performance Testing Laboratory has been set up to develop a standard performance testing methodology for ATM switches. Over the past four years, we have used the results obtained from this lab to drive the standards process at the ATM Forum. A new standard called "ATM Forum Performance Testing Specification" has recently been issued and is being followed by the industry. The laboratory offers facilities to ATM equipment vendors to measure the peformance of their equipment using our automated tests.
