Other Interests:

I enjoy indoor climbing at the Upper Limits rock gym in St. Louis.

When I make the time for it, I greatly enjoy fly fishing, especially during Missouri's winter catch-and-release season. I also enjoy fly tying, thanks to the good folks at Feather-Craft Fly Fishing in St. Louis, who taught me.

I have studied and taught shin-shin toitsu-do (mind and body unification) and shin-shin toitsu aikido (aikido with mind and body unified) at the St. Louis Ki Society.
